Appointments
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Appointments are required for services that involve dedicated staff time or specialized equipment.
We recommend booking in advance, especially for evenings, weekends, and popular appointment times.
Appointments are considered confirmed once the booking process is completed and any required payment, deposit, or card authorization has been received.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment if you are a new client or need to complete paperwork, waivers, or an initial consultation.
Returning clients should arrive a few minutes early so they are ready to begin at their scheduled time.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your service.
What should I bring?

For youth athletes, a parent or legal guardian may be required to complete the appropriate forms before participation.
We understand that things happen. Our cancellation policy allows us to be flexible when possible while also protecting appointment times reserved specifically for our clients.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or changing an appointment.
Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without a cancellation fee, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of 100% OF SERVICE
Appointments that are missed without notice may be considered a no-show and may be charged 100% OF SERVICE.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. We are happy to help you find another available appointment time.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in additional booking requirements.
Late Arrivals
We value your time and the time of every client scheduled after you.
What happens if I'm late?
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service whenever our schedule allows.
However, if your appointment is time-sensitive or another client is scheduled immediately afterward, your service may need to be shortened to prevent delays for other clients.
Your scheduled appointment time does not automatically move forward because of a late arrival.
What if I'm significantly late?
Arrivals more than [15 minutes] late may be treated as a missed appointment depending on the service and availability.
In these situations, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the applicable late cancellation/no-show fee may apply.
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you know you are running late.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen unexpectedly.
If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment or meeting the cancellation deadline, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Emergency situations may be reviewed case by case and may qualify for an exception to our standard cancellation or no-show policy.

Membership Policies
Memberships are designed to provide consistent access to our services while helping clients stay committed to their wellness and performance goals.
Membership Activation
Membership benefits begin on the activation date selected at enrollment.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to the membership terms, billing schedule, cancellation requirements, and applicable facility policies.
Membership Billing
Memberships are billed according to the billing schedule selected at enrollment.
Membership charges are automatically processed using the payment method on file unless otherwise specified.
Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
Membership Visits
Memberships include the number of visits or services specified in the membership selected.
Unused visits do not roll over into the following membership period.
Membership visits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred unless specifically permitted by the membership terms.
Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next scheduled billing date. Once a billing cycle has begun, that payment is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by management.
Membership Holds/Freezes
Membership freezes may be available under certain circumstances.

Membership Transfers

Package Purchases
Training packages must be purchased before sessions are used.

Training packages must be used within 30 days from the purchase or activation date.
Scheduling Training Sessions
Training sessions are scheduled based on trainer and facility availability.
Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred days and times.
Missed Training Sessions
The standard cancellation policy applies to training sessions.
Sessions canceled with appropriate notice may be rescheduled.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the session being counted as used.
Package Refunds
Training packages are subject to the following refund policy once sessions have been used.

Athlete Conduct

All clients and athletes are expected to follow facility rules, staff instructions, equipment guidelines, and safety procedures.
Before Participating
Please inform our staff of any condition, injury, limitation, medication, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to safely participate in a service or training session.
If you are unsure whether participation is appropriate, consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before participating.
During Your Session
Clients and athletes should:
Stop Activity If You Feel Unwell
If you experience unusual pain, dizziness, fainting, chest discomfort, difficulty breathing, or another concerning symptom, stop your activity immediately and notify staff.
Staff may recommend that you seek medical attention when appropriate.
Equipment Safety
Please do not use equipment you have not been trained or instructed to use.
Children and youth athletes should use equipment only under the supervision permitted by the applicable program.

Can I walk in without an appointment?
Walk-ins may be accommodated when availability permits, but appointments are strongly recommended.
