CCE Performance Mission

 Our mission is to unlock peak performance by building strength, power, and resilience through science-driven training. We empower athletes of all levels to push past limits, master their movement, and achieve lasting results on the field, in competition, and in life. 

Recovery Lab Mission

 We empower bodies and minds to thrive by harnessing the science of recovery and renewal. Through cryotherapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and compression sleeve therapy, we deliver revitalization, resilience, and restoration—helping our community recover faster, feel stronger, and live energized every day 

SERVICES PROVIDED

STRENGTH & SPEED TRAINING

Speed & Strength Training is a performance-based program designed to improve power, acceleration, and overall strength. This training combines resistance exercises with explosive movement drills to enhance athletic performance, increase muscle strength, and improve speed, agility, and coordination.

Adult Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a dynamic, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels. These sessions incorporate strength training, cardio conditioning, and functional movements in a supportive group setting. Boot camps promote fat loss, muscle tone, endurance, and overall fitness while keeping workouts engaging, fun, and results-driven.

SPEED & EXPLOSIVENESS TRAINING

Speed drills are targeted training activities designed to increase quickness, acceleration, and body control. By focusing on explosive starts, rapid direction changes, and foot speed, these drills help enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk through improved movement mechanics.

WAR ROOM

War Room Training is a high-energy, performance-focused training session designed to challenge both the mind and body. This training combines strength, conditioning, agility, and endurance drills in a motivating, team-driven environment. Participants push through structured workouts that build power, resilience, mental toughness, and accountability—making it ideal for individuals seeking next-level performance and discipline.

ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-one personal training provides individualized coaching designed to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals safely and effectively. Each session is customized based on your needs, fitness level, and objectives, focusing on strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall performance with dedicated trainer support and accountability.


WELLNESS RECOVERY

Wellness Recovery focuses on restoring the body, reducing fatigue, and supporting overall physical and mental well-being. Through targeted recovery services and therapeutic modalities, this experience helps improve circulation, decrease muscle tension, promote relaxation, and accelerate the body’s natural recovery process.

WHOLE BODY CHAMBER CRYOTHERAPY - COMING SOON

Whole Body Cryotherapy is a quick, 2–3 minute cold therapy that reduces inflammation, eases muscle soreness, and boosts recovery so you can feel and perform your best.

COLD PLUNGE

Cold Plunge therapy involves immersing your body in cold water, typically between 40–60°F, for a few minutes. This controlled cold exposure stimulates circulation, reduces inflammation, and supports faster recovery from workouts or daily physical stress.

INFRARED SAUNA

Infrared Sauna therapy uses gentle, penetrating infrared heat to warm your body from the inside out. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat allows you to enjoy a comfortable session while promoting deep detoxification, improved circulation, and relaxation.


CONTRAST THERAPY

Boost recovery and energy with alternating heat and cold. The infrared sauna relaxes muscles and improves circulation, while the cold plunge reduces inflammation and sharpens focus leaving you refreshed, resilient, and recharged.

COMPRESSION SLEEVE THERAPY

Compression Therapy uses advanced, dynamic air compression to enhance blood flow, reduce muscle soreness, and accelerate recovery. Specialized sleeves rhythmically inflate and deflate in a patented pulsing pattern that mimics the body’s natural muscle pump, helping to flush out metabolic waste, decrease inflammation, and support lymphatic drainage.

Cancellation Policy

 

We value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all clients, we require advance notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

Appointments & Training Sessions

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
     
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged in full or deducted from your package.
     


Packages & Memberships

  • Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable.
     
  • Packages have an expiration date as outlined at purchase and must be used within that timeframe.
     
  • Membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

     

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
     
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.
     

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
